You should be able to take legal action if they do not comply and update the details. You may also try and play it nice and explain to the person that your don't want to mislead people. If it looks like he is going to play nice then ask him if he can just update his listing to include your phone number, email and address, this way you will not lose all the nice reviews the listing has gained. If all else fails you can contact Google through your own local business listing and report abuse or contact the Better Business Bureau.
